The ETL SMS was developed in response to the needs of a number of companies who were unable to find a cost effective solution which met their business requirements. The solutions that were available at the time were either too costly or were not suited to how the companies worked.
The ETL SMS has a modular structure which is easily customised to suit the needs of most businesses. The default system is configured to manage:
- Customers, Suppliers, Contacts & Addresses (including multiple sites).
- Jobs & Contracts.
- Equipment & Parts.
- Appointments & Tasks.
- Users, Departments & Privileges.
Email and text messaging functionality is included to enable admin users to transmit relevant information to customers and other members of the team, such as engineers on-site.
The system also includes customisable Excel reports including job sheets, which can be used internally or emailed to your customers (for example upon job completion). Data and reports can be checked out of the system to allow off-line editing and update (where no connection is available). The on-line system is automatically updated with any changes as soon as a connection becomes available.
